Prologo Scratch M5 Pas Nack Saddle

Scratch M5 PAS is the new line of saddles that uses 4.0 technologies; innovative in terms of size, shape, and ergonomics, they are suitable for multiple uses and disciplines (Road / Off Road), including Triathlon.

Thanks to the new design, size, and ergonomic “T Shape” form, the Scratch M5 PAS are suitable for unisex use. The dimensions are 250 x 140 mm and the weights vary depending on the model configuration.

The new MSS - Multi Sector System seating system, designed in collaboration with the Politecnico di Milano, helps improve comfort and performance. The active and separate foams create 5 zones that work intelligently and individually, supporting the natural pedaling movement during both the push and pull phases. The rounded shape of the Scratch M5 allows the pelvis to rotate naturally, creating stability and support for the lumbar areas; it also promotes pressure distribution over a larger surface.

The PAS (Perineal Area System) is a channel designed to eliminate pressure peaks and numbness by improving blood flow. Its particular ergonomic shape, aided by variable density foam, eliminates contact points in the prostate-genital area. The PAS channel is optimal for users who prefer performance combined with comfort over long and medium distances.

Technologies
Multi – Sector System
This system features different mapped and separated zones on the saddle, each composed of various interactive foams and single-cell separate padding. The “islands” work independently, adapting to all the positions the cyclist may assume during pedaling.

PAS System
The PAS (Perineal Area System) technology eliminates pressure peaks and numbness in the pelvic area. PAS technology is achieved through a particular anatomical design of the padding and shell. The exceptional performance of Prologo saddles is also guaranteed in the PAS version thanks to the unchanged structural integrity of the shell, thus offering excellent comfort while maintaining a high level of performance.

Nack Frame
Saddle frame made of carbon nanofiber. The seatpost clamp area in carbon, Kevlar, and aluminum filaments is treated with the BCR (Braided Carbon Rail) production process, which allows the perfect “fusion” and compaction of the different fibers and materials, resulting in a uniform structure particularly resistant to penetration. The carbon layers and the use of special resins allow for differentiated thickness, density, and elasticity based on construction needs, thus reducing weight without compromising frame strength.
